Do you use a case with your iPhone? If yes, which one?

I never used a case with my 1st gen iPhone for the 2-3 years that i had it, and never had any problems. I've had an iPhone 4 for 2 two months now and have dropped (and damaged it a bit) a few times already. I'm in the market for a case that doesn't add too much bulk, but will help keep it in my grip when holding it and help prevent scratches to the sides in the event that the phone is dropped again.
